These are some of the most commonly asked questions about memberships and our website in general. If you have a question that isn't addressed here, please visit our "Contact Us" page, submit your question there, and we'll get back to you asap!

 

Do you have a message board/forum?

Yes. You may register for the message board, a.k.a. the Hen-house, here.

 

Do you have a project gallery?

Yes. Our gallery is a .ning site where members may upload projects, layouts, etc. You may register for access to the gallery here.

 

Do you have to be a kit subscriber to be approved for membership in the message boards or gallery?

No. Anyone may register and participate in daily discussions and contests/events in the message boards as well as project sharing and interaction in the gallery.

 

I want to subscribe to your monthly kit service. How do I do that?

Simply go to the "Contact Us" page of the website and send the following information: your name, mailing address, email address, and your chosen subscription option. You will know that your request has been processed when you receive our welcome email.

 

Do I have to give you my credit card information?

No. I process all billing through PayPal, so I only require your email address. PayPal is secure, all of your credit card information remains private.

 

What happens if, during my subscription, there is a kit released that isn't really "me"?

You may skip a kit that you don't care for (any skipped month will result in one month added to the duration of your subscription), or you may substitute any in-stock past kit in its place which will fulfill that month's kit shipment. 

 

When will I be billed for my monthly kits?

On the 20th of each month, you will receive an invoice from PayPal in your email inbox. It takes only a couple of clicks of your mouse to process that invoice. 

 

How do I purchase kit extras from the Boutique if I receive my kit-invoice from PayPal?

You may shop from the Boutique at any time and have your purchases sent with your monthly kit. This is a huge savings in shipping for you! Kit Extras are revealed at the same time as the monthly kit (on the 20th of each month). You will have five days to place your order(s) for Extras before your kit ships out.

Upon receiving your subscription, you will be sent more detailed information on how to make multiple orders throughout the month for inclusion with your monthly kit shipment.

 

When do kits ship?

The 25th of each month, provided you have processed the invoice you received on the 20th! 

 

How much do you charge for Shipping?

Shipping is a flat-rate of $6.00 or $6.75 (depending on where you live), regardless of the size of your order(s). International customers (excluding Canada) will pay actual shipping cost.
